Set up your first site
Sign up, choose your business type, and SafeTap builds a starter checklist. Set your opening and closing times so reminders land at the right moment.
Invite your team
Share your site’s 6-character join code (or QR). Staff enter the code, their name and a 4-digit PIN — no email needed. Add managers by email from the Team tab.
Do the daily checks
Open the Today tab, tap each check to complete it, log temperatures on the big keypad, and snap a photo where one is required. A failed check prompts you to record what you did about it.
Show an inspector
Open the Records tab and tap Inspector Pack for a clean read-only view, or export a PDF for any date range — it’s emailed to you when ready.
Manage billing
Owners can open the secure Stripe billing portal from the app or website to update payment details, change sites, or cancel.
